Shipping Times and Costs:

Most products are usually ready / dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Pick up is available from the North Canterbury area. Use code PICKUP at checkout.

Shipping within NZ

FREE Shipping NZ wide:

Small items such as greeting cards and stickers are sent via standard post (no tracking).

All prints and larger items are sent tracked via courier.

There is an option for a "Koha" (gift) towards the shipping cost. Regardless of the rates increasing I still want to offer free shipping but where some may be able to help towards the cost I have included the Koha option.

Items sent by courier and generally take 2-3 working days to arrive. Parcels sent in the Canterbury region often arrive overnight. These times are estimates only and can occasionally take longer, especially for rural addresses, so please allow up to 5 working days to receive your parcel from when it has been sent.

Please refer to the customs or national mail website of your destination country for more information about custom duty and tax charges.

Are your artworks protected by Copyright?

All artwork and products created by Leah are protected by copyright law. It is a legal offence to reproduce or re-print any of the images without written consent from the artist. This includes, but is not limited to, all physical items / artworks purchased, commissions, merchandise and any digital images of the artwork that can be found on this wesbite, social media or search engines.

Where are your products made?

All original artwork and fine art prints are created by Leah at her home studio in Waimalariri, New Zealand. All other merchandise are sourced and made locally - My way of supporting my local community.

What is a Fine Art Print?
It is a digital printing process in which an ink-jet printer is used to produce high-quality prints of original artworks. Leah uses a professional Canon printer (named Arthur) who creates her prints using enhanced colour gamut dye ink and high quality archival Galerie paper designed specifically for use with these inks.

What's the difference between Open Edition and Limited Edition Prints?
When a print is limited there will only be a disclosed amount of that artwork made available (eg: 50). Limited edition prints are exclusive and collectible, the price of which generally reflects that. Where a print is limited, a number will be allocated and singed on the print, eg: 5/50, this means it is print 5 of 50.
On the other hand, an open edition print has no limit and is not individually allocated or signed with a number.

How does a print get produced from an original?
Upon completion of an artwork Leah carefully scans the piece with her professional Epson scanner. After capturing all the colours and details of the original artwork, Leah creates a digital file and fine tunes it until the new print is as accurate to the original as possible.

How do I take care of my print or original artwork?
We strongly recommend you do not hang your artwork in direct sunlight as this may eventaully discolour the paper. We also recommend professionally framing your artwork with UV protective glass for the very best protection.
All artwork is delicate, please handle with care - espcially with originals. Be sure not to touch the drawn / painted surface of your original.
