Local Supporting Local

Hey there fellow Kiwis and visitors, here you will find a list of the local companies I support through my business. I love the wonderful power and connections you make by supporting other local businesses and, to be honest, it is the easiest most wholesome thing you can do!
So here's that list and hey, you may be able to support them too. You can trust that they all have my highest recommendation!
Cameo Fine Arts - If you are local to Rangiora, North Canterbury, this little place is perfect for your matte and framing needs. She also has a wee gift shop of goodies to browse while you wait.
Computer Food - This store is perfect for almost anything for your printer / computer and extras! I mainly shop for ink and paper for my cards from here.
Creative Classrooms - A wonderful find that I have actually used to stock up my son on his creative tools, as well as paper for my colouring books.
Elive - These guys are highly knowledgeable and extra helpful when trying to find something they don't stock. I usually purchase my Epsom paper from here, which I use with a number of my products.
Factory Frames - Another wonderful place for mattes and frames. When I am buying in bulk for exhibitions, this is where I go.
Gordon Harris Art Supplies - This one pretty much explains itself. I love going in store as I am always greeted beautifully and gosh do they know their stuff. If you are starting out in art I highly recommend heading here, even if you just want to expand your knowledge.
NZ Binding - Having brought binding in house, I use these guys for my coils and, ofcourse, the binding machiens I have. From the get go they were extremely helpful in finding the perfect machien for me, as well as working with me to get the right type of coils I was after.
The Online Printer - When I was starting out with my cards, prints and calendars, these guys were my go to. Very friendly and so helpful, ensuring my files were correct before printing.
Pass the Parcel - Postage is a constant cost with business and I found the perfect balance of cost vs services. Any issues I have had have been resolved quickly and with such a friendly manner. Plus, it's only on occasion that things go south, their reliability is awsome. Helps to that I have an amazing courier on my route who will come back and pickup a package even if he already visited that day!
Photo Warehouse - I extra love supporting local because you are so well looked after. These guys I used for my very first printer (for prints) and they were wonderfully knowledgable. I now use them for the paper for my prints. I still get the same great service!
Pinc - I haven't use them for their business cards, but gosh do they make some stunning ones! This is a little gem for my artist friends. I use them for backing board for my prints. They are even open to custom sizes. They are always prompt and give amazing service!
r3pack - These guys are super fast with their shipping and I love their card envelopes, perfect for sending prints in the post!
Shardlows Packaging - For ALL your packaging needs. Seriously, there almost isn't anything they don't have. Yes, I have been eyeing up their heated jackets but I mainly use them for all things packaging: tissue paper, bubble wrap, card envelopes, mailers... the list goes on. And as always, amazing service!
The Drawing Room - I love art shops and this is another favourite. I usually shop my ink pens from here but they have a huge range of art supplies. I am always served with a smile and it is the loveliest thing! Plus, they have a loyaltly programme. Who can say no to earing a voucher while shopping for art supplies!
